The name 'Frozen Apple' came from a story back to 10 years ago in New York.
It's about an apple given by a girl I liked.
After she left me, I kept that apple in my refrigerator until the day I gratuated and moved out from my dorm...
Now 'Fronzen Apple' becomes the name of my website.
And hopefully someday it will be the name for my own biz, too.
It might be a sports bar in Taipei or a snowboard/ski B&B in Niseko.
Who knows?
Whatever it is, wish my dream will come true in the near future. :-)
